The main room, with the bamboo screen, the sign and the sushi counter. The glazed lounge at the entrance, where you wait for a table without feeling you are waiting. And the private room, with the table for six and the neon mural.
In a commercial space the design has to stand up to use: tables that move, light for the evening and for lunch, materials that clean. The decoration is the part you see; the layout and the lighting are the part that makes the restaurant work.
